What we collect. Email addresses from waitlist signups, and basic usage data such as page visits and browser type. That's it at this stage.
What we don't do. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models. Your information is not a product.
Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email us and we'll take care of it.
Two-economy separation. When Quadron's full platform launches, enterprise SaaS data and token economy data ($QUAD / Field.Fun) are handled under separate frameworks. Verification activity stays in the dollar economy for professional and regulatory reasons.
Company refers to Quadron Holdings, Inc. ("Quadron," "we," "us," or "our"). Service refers to the Quadron website accessible at quadron.tech. You means the individual accessing or using the Service. Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from the Service infrastructure.
While using our Service, we may collect your email address when you submit it through a waitlist form. We do not require your name, phone number, or any other identifying information at this stage.
Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages. This data is used solely to understand how the Service is being used and to improve it.
When Quadron's verification infrastructure launches, users who connect professional credentials (such as ORCID identifiers through Campo) will have that data treated as verification infrastructure — not as profile or marketing data. That data exists to support credibility records, not to identify or target you commercially.
We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
Quadron operates a two-economy model: a dollar-denominated enterprise SaaS layer and a token economy layer ($QUAD, Field.Fun). These are architecturally and legally separate.
Verification activity — the act of submitting, anchoring, or attesting to professional work — occurs in the dollar economy and is governed by this Privacy Policy. Token economy participation involves a separate set of terms and may involve additional disclosures. We will notify you clearly before any such participation requires different data handling.
We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. If you have adjusted your browser to refuse cookies, the Service will still function.
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you request deletion or until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period and used only for internal analysis.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your Personal Data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We take the protection of your data seriously and will notify you of any breach that materially affects your information.
The short version: If you connect Quadron to an AI assistant like Claude, the connector works only for you, on your own data, and only when you ask it to. Your data stays yours.
What it does. The Quadron connector lets you use your own Quadron account from inside an AI assistant (such as Claude, or another compatible client) over an encrypted, you-authorized connection — so you can capture the work and judgment you’re already producing, and bring your own prior expertise back into your current work.
What it accesses. The connector exposes a small set of tools, each scoped to your own account: reading your active projects and working context, recalling and searching your captured records, and — only when you direct it — saving content you choose to keep, creating a project, saving a note, or recording that you ran one of your own methods. None of these access anyone else’s data, and your data is returned only to your own authenticated session.
Permissions. When you authorize the connector, it requests standard sign-in permissions — your profile and email (to identify your account), your account roles, and offline access (so it can refresh its session without making you sign in again). Nothing beyond what it needs to act as you, on your own record. You approve these on the consent screen and can revoke them at any time.
How your data is used. Only to provide the connector’s function. Consistent with the rest of this policy: we do not sell your data, and we do not use your private captures to train AI models. Your expertise is protected — Quadron is built to keep your judgment, not your clients’ confidential data — and nothing you capture is made public unless you explicitly choose to share it.
Retention & deletion. Content captured through the connector is stored in your Quadron account and kept until you delete it or close your account (see Data Retention). You can delete individual captures at any time, or request full deletion by emailing connect@quadron.io; we act on deletion requests promptly. Operational logs used for security and reliability do not record the content of your captures.
Third parties. The connector runs through the AI assistant you choose (for example, Claude, provided by Anthropic). That assistant transmits the requests you initiate and receives only the responses you authorize on the consent screen; your use of it is also governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not share your data beyond what is needed to operate the connector.
Security. Encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) transport and OAuth 2.1 authorization with per-user consent (PKCE); access is scoped to your account, no manual secret sharing. Any demonstration/reviewer accounts contain only synthetic sample data, never real user information.
The short version: Quadron uses AI to help you — to reflect your work back to you, spot the judgment worth keeping, and check what’s safe to share. To do that, some of the content you capture is processed by a trusted AI provider (currently Anthropic, the makers of Claude), on our servers, over an encrypted connection.
What we send, and why. When you capture work — or use a feature that reflects on, organizes, or protects it — Quadron may send the relevant content to our AI provider to produce the result you asked for. Examples: reflecting back the decisions and standards inside what you wrote, recognizing the judgment worth keeping, and checking material before it is shared to help protect your private information.
Your protections. Consistent with the rest of this policy: your content is not used to train AI models, we do not sell your data, and our AI provider processes your content only to generate your result — not for its own purposes. Quadron’s protection layer (our IP-safety check) is designed to keep your private and trade-secret material from being exposed, and nothing you capture is made public unless you choose to share it.
Your controls. You control what you capture and what you ever share, and you can delete your captures at any time (see Data Retention). Your use of any third-party AI assistant you connect is also governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Our Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted their information through our Service, please contact us at connect@quadron.io and we will remove it promptly.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice by email to affected users where possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of those changes.
